Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the application and services that allow users to upload social media content once and schedule automatic posting across connected social platforms (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2) Description of Service

The Service enables you to upload media (e.g., images, videos), organize them, and automatically publish (“post”) to the social media accounts you connect. Posting to third‑party platforms requires you to authorize us via each platform’s official OAuth or API mechanism. You can revoke those permissions at any time from within the platform or our application.

3) User Content & License

  • You retain all rights to the content you upload (“User Content”).
  • To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, transcode, and transmit your User Content solely for providing the Service and only to the destinations you instruct.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content and that posting it to your social accounts complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

4) Platform Rules

Your use of the Service must comply with the terms and policies of each social platform (e.g., rate limits, content restrictions, community guidelines). We are not responsible for actions taken by platforms against your accounts.

5) Prohibited Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • No spam, automated bulk posting that violates platform rules, or circumvention of rate limits.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping non‑public data, or compromising security.

6) Payments (if applicable)

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented in the app. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate the Service for late or failed payments.

7) Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of paid plans without notice.

8) Security

We implement industry‑standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES‑256). API credentials and tokens are stored encrypted and access‑scoped on a least‑privilege basis. See Security Practices for details.

9) Privacy

We will never sell or share your personal data with third‑party apps for marketing or advertising. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

10) Intellectual Property

The Service, software, and branding are owned by Sizth. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error‑free operation, or that platform APIs will remain available or unchanged.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of platform rules or laws.

14) Term & Termination

Either party may terminate at any time for convenience; we may suspend or terminate for violations. Upon termination, we will disable posting and may delete data in accordance with our retention policy.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rome, Italy, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the court.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in‑app notifications. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Service.

1) Scope

This Policy covers personal data processed by Sizth. in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you consent to this Policy.

2) What We Collect

  • Account data — name, email, password (hashed; never stored in plain text).
  • Connected accounts — platform identifiers, handles, and OAuth tokens/credentials required to post on your behalf (stored encrypted).
  • Content data — media you upload, captions, schedules, destinations.
  • Usage data — app interactions, device info, IP address, and standard log data.

3) How We Use Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including storage, transcoding, queueing, and posting).
  • Authenticate you and connect your social accounts via official platform APIs.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce Terms.

4) No Third‑Party Selling or Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third‑party apps for marketing, advertising, or data brokerage — ever. We only transmit data to social platforms you explicitly connect and instruct, solely to publish your content.

5) Service Providers

We may use infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, storage, email delivery) acting as processors under written contracts. They process data only on our documented instructions and under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not allow providers to use your data for their own purposes.

6) Security

We protect data using defense‑in‑depth controls: TLS in transit, AES‑256 at rest, key management, per‑environment isolation, access logging, and least‑privilege access. OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted and rotated where supported. We conduct periodic reviews and promptly remediate vulnerabilities.

7) Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may delete media, disconnect accounts, or request deletion of your account; upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and backup constraints.

8) International Transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms) as required by applicable law.

9) Your Rights

Subject to local laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise rights via in‑app settings or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10) Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to delete it.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. We will notify you via email or in‑app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.

Token Storage

OAuth tokens/API credentials are encrypted, access‑scoped, and never shared with third‑party apps.

Access Controls

Role‑based access, least privilege, audit logging, and time‑bounded elevated access.

Data Isolation

Separate environments for production/staging; backups encrypted with retention controls.
